Website privacy notice

AMV AI Group, registered in Singapore, operates the DuoSages website. This notice covers public website visits, early access signups, deck feedback, and contact messages at duosages.com. For privacy questions or requests, email support@duosages.com.

Website measurement

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views, and page-loading performance on the public website. We use its reports to check site traffic and find slow pages. Cloudflare says this service does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

Early access emails

If you join the early access list, we collect your email address and record when and where you signed up, the consent wording shown to you, and your subscription status. We use those details to send the beta invitations, product updates, promotions, and educational email described beside the form. Brevo handles the mailing list and email delivery. Our website backend also keeps a signup record.

Each new signup receives a private link for leaving the list. Unsubscribing removes the address from the beta mailing list. The website backend retains the email address and a record marked unsubscribed so a later submission does not silently restore the subscription.

Deck feedback

If you use the deck feedback form, we record the deck you select and any written style suggestion in the website backend. We use this feedback to consider future deck designs. The form does not ask for a name or email address and does not subscribe you to marketing email. Please avoid adding personal details to the open text field.

Contact messages

If you send a message through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected purpose, and message. We use them to review and answer your request. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing email. The website backend records the message and uses an email provider to send it to the support team.

Form protection

To limit repeated form requests, the website backend stores a hash derived from the connection IP address and request minute. It removes old rate-limit records as later requests arrive.

Services used

Cloudflare serves the public website. A separate website backend stores form records, and Brevo processes mailing-list contacts and email delivery. These services may process data where they operate. Access and deletion requests

To ask what information we hold about you or request deletion, email support@duosages.com. You can leave the early access mailing list with its private removal link or the unsubscribe link in an email. The unsubscribed status record remains in the website backend unless a separate deletion request is handled.
